The symbols, customs, communication, decision making processes, and agreements an organization develops, defines success and creates the environment for achievements. Daily April-October

Our most popular organizational retreats are one day team building on the St. Vrain River, just minutes north of Denver CO, convenient to all cities of The Front Range.
We also offer week long retreats on the Green River in Utah providing spectacular opportunities for deep inquiry and vision/mission development.
